Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new features will be available immediately. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a trial period for paid plans?
Yes. While our free plan gives you unlimited search, applications, and resume import, you can try out other premium features such as resume export, smart serach, company intelligence, and advanced AI mock interview for free with a 100% money back gaurantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For Enterprise plans, we can also accommodate invoicing and bank transfers.
Do you offer refunds?
While we don't typically offer refunds for subscription services, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing issues with our service, please contact our support team first so we can try to resolve the problem. If we are unable to resolve the issue and you're not satisfied with our service within your paid subscription period, we offer a full refund.
